Nature of Service

  1. Professional Counseling Service
Individual counseling services are carried out by our registered social workers and our Society’s educational psychologists who will set up individual work plan for each service user. Regular scheduled interviews are held with each service user and home visit will be arranged for their families.
  2. Counseling Groups
Besides individual counseling sessions, we held counseling groups to help to meet their needs and cope with underlying problems.
  3. Developmental Groups and Programmes
To help service user fully realize their full abilities and potential, we frequently organize social and recreational activities such as music and outdoor sports.
  4. Community Involvement Programmes
Opportunities to participate in community projects and events are constantly presented to our service users to develop new skills, social responsibility and a sense of belonging.
  5. Parents Training and Family bonding Programmes
We constantly conduct workshops and interest groups for parents as well as family-bonding activities in the aim to engage and work alongside each family to bring about positive changes.
  6. Personal Competence Enhancing Training
Through individual training, conducted by our social workers and program workers, each service user is taught how to assess one’s own strengths and weaknesses, develop better self-discipline, life and social skills, and learn how to manage one’s emotions and behavior.
