If there is a marked improvement in a service user’s behavior and performance; or the issues leading the service user requiring our service have been resolved; or at the request of the service user’s parents/guardians, a withdrawal from the service may be carried out with the combined approval of the referee, service users, parent/guardian, the Superintendent of the Centre and the Principal of the Shing Tak Centre School. A review meeting should be held, to confirm the withdrawal and a signed agreement will be made. After which, the service user is officially withdrawn from the service.
In the case where a service user’s conduct may endanger other service users or members of staff, we reserve the right to discharge the said service user from the Centre to ensure the general safety others within the Centre.
